ABOUT THE CHEF
Chef Yannick Alléno is one of the world’s finest chefs, holding 17 Michelin stars across his restaurants around the globe. He is known for reinventing modern French cuisine and creating a truly personal cooking style. His dishes are rooted in traditional gastronomy but evolved through contemporary techniques and his relentless creative curiosity.
He opened 1947 at Cheval Blanc, Courchevel, in 2008. He acquired Pavillon Ledoyen on the Champs-Elysées in 2014, which has since become the most Michelin-starred establishment in the world with the opening of Alléno Paris, Japanese sushi counter L'Abysse, and the first ever Pavyllon. In 2022, he opened a second Pavyllon in the Hotel Hermitage Monte-Carlo and, in 2023, he brought the casual concept of Pavyllon to London.

Minimum stay length of two nights for two people is required.
Tickets to Palio di Siena are limited to July 2nd 2025 only.
If there is inclement weather, the Palio will be postponed to the next day. However, tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable after the first postponement.
In the unlikely event the Palio does not take place due to force majeure, no reimbursement will be issued. However, dinner with Chef Yannick Alléno will proceed as planned.
